The Chartered Global Investment Analysts Institute, has for the first time in over four (4) years, announced new fees effective November 1, 2021.
This announcement saw an increase in the examination and exemptions fees. All other fees such as initial enrolment, final certificate and annual membership subscription however remains the same until further notice.
According to a statement released by the Institute, “since our inception, our aim has always been about accessibility. We are achieving this objective by deploying technology and making the CGIA program accessible online and remotely.
Again, we are offering one of the cost effective globally accessible professional programs for the finance & investment management industry”.
True to its objective of making the CGIA charter program accessible, the Institute has maintained its fees since July 2017. A policy which has helped the Institute increased its membership over the period.
At the same time, “We’re offering scholarship opportunities for members. Candidates who are financially constrained can apply for and access any of our scholarship streams to enable them complete their program with the Institute” the Institute said.
