Jameel Alsaati is an accomplished, seasoned Investment Banking professional with a significant Islamic & Conventional investment banking experience.

Jameel brings over 25 years of experience in Investment Banking & Insurance, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Fund Raising, Real Estate, Structured Product investments and development including product development, direct investment, active management in investee companies and portfolio exits through listings, trade sale and refinancing.

He has a further solid experience in small/ medium/ and large cap M&A and corporate finance experience in addition to consulting on restructuring strategy for listed financial service conglomerates.

As a qualified Treasury &Investment Banker, he served as Board member / CEO / Chief Investment Officer level in various Gulf banks with the help of his distinguished management and leadership style.

He provides extensive products and services knowledge across Global Markets (including Emerging Markets), Investment / Islamic Banking and Alternative Investments Portfolio Management with a unique combination of Islamic Banking, Conventional Banking & Investment Products Structuring.

He was awarded several professional and appreciation certificates from several central banks and banks in the Gulf, Europe and USA.

His objectives as innovative leader is to deliver shareholder the highest returns by developing and implementing unique strategic initiatives with integrated investment solutions, maximize returns on the total investment portfolios, developed multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary Investment Management Teams.

Jameel is currently the Chief Investment Officer for Capinnova Investment Bank. He holds an M.B.A. (Master of Business Administration) in Finance from the University of Bahrain and (BS) in Economics and Business Studies from Gulf Polytechnic College – (University of Bahrain).
